Responsibilities include general administration, document management, personnel management, stock affairs, and Board of Directors affairs.
Business development and technical expertise required for the promotion of SunBa Phase II.
Assists the Board of Directors and managers in inspecting and reviewing the deficiencies of internal control systems and measuring operational effectiveness and efficiency.

The Environmental Protection Bureau issued a fixed pollution source establishment permit for the "Sun Ba Phase II Combined Cycle Power Project".
The Ministry of Economic Affairs issued a work permit for the "Sun Ba Phase II Combined Cycle Power Project" (total installed capacity of 1.1 million kW).
Received the final version of the "4th Environmental Impact Differential Analysis Report for the Construction of Fong Der Gas-fired Power Plant (Increase in Natural Gas Usage) and Change Review Conclusion" dated December 10, 2021, from the Environmental Protection Administration, available for review.
Groundbreaking ceremony for Sun Ba Power Phase II.
Signed an EPC turnkey project contract with CTCI Corporation and SIEMENS ENERGY GLOBAL GMBH & CO.KG.
Signed a "Power Purchase Contract for a 1 million kW Gas Turbine Unit for Commercial Operation in 2024" with Taiwan Power Company.
Obtained the power plant establishment permit for the "Sun Ba Power Phase II Combined Cycle Power Project Environmental Impact Statement".
Awarded the "2020 National Occupational Safety and Health Enterprise Benchmark Award" by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Ministry of Labor, the highest honor in the occupational safety and health field.
Obtained the final version of the "Sun Ba Power Phase II Combined Cycle Power Project Environmental Impact Statement" dated September 8, 2020, from the Environmental Protection Administration, available for review.
Finalized an agreement with Taiwan Power Company regarding air pollution control fees and additional capacity electricity purchase.
Completed the trial operation of solar photovoltaic power generation in compliance with Article 23 of the Tainan City Low Carbon City Self-Government Ordinance.
Received the "2015 National Occupational Safety and Health Award for SMEs", the highest honor for excellent management of occupational safety and health nationwide.
Installed a 48.0 kW solar photovoltaic system on the roof of the spare parts warehouse.
Installed a 51.52 kW solar photovoltaic system on the roof of the maintenance workshop.
Awarded the "Health Leadership Award" trophy by the Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, recognizing national excellence in workplace health promotion.
SUNBA POWER Corp. Phase I obtained a 980,000 kW power business license from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and began official commercial operation.
